About Jackson Hole Workshops Jackson Hole Workshops is a department of the Art Association of Jackson Hole. The program brings nationally acclaimed artists to Jackson Hole, Wyoming to teach workshops open to local residents and visitors alike. The workshops operate out of the brand new Jackson Hole Center for the Arts, an architecturally acclaimed and newly completed $20 million facility with state of the art classrooms, galleries and performing arts spaces. The Center for the Arts is located one block from the historic Jackson town square. Grand Teton National Park begins immediately north of town and the southern entrance to Yellowstone National Park is a 45 minute drive from the town at the north end of Grand Teton. Jackson is surrounded by the National Elk Refuge, National Forests and scenic ranch land. Needless to say, our workshops take advantage of our world class scenic resources and our new state-of-the-art facility.
